How it works? 1. Booking holds reservation to review the project, scope, and complete if light 2. If further time/materials are needed, contractor will scope time and materials, order materials, and retrieve or reschedule time to complete work once materials are received 3. Once the Contractor completes all work, Geoffrey will send an online bill for final balance for time and materials minus what was paid upon booking. You will not need to pay vendors onsite
